Chapter 7
THE BIBLE

"Thank you Lord for this evening; thank you for this day that I spent in peace.
Father, I read the Bible every day, I study it, I try to put it into practice, I understand that your promises are the true richness for me, much more than all the material things I own.
But when I see that the majority of people I know, do not read it, but rather they ignore it, living in a spiritual apathy that turns their life into a web of family, practical and psychological problems, I would like you to tell me more about the Bible, for me to know what to say to them.

"The Bible is my word 79 and it contains all the information one needs to live 80; Through the Bible I talk 81, I let you know things about the past, of the present and of the future.82. Through my scripture faith grows because in it I have written my promises; without them even your faith could not exist 83.

Faith is based exclusively on my declarations; If I hadn't revealed or promised anything, how could man have faith 84?

The Bible exposes my plan. Man without my scriptures invents his own faith, following his instincts; He makes a god of himself and even if his intentions are good he is bound to fail, because man by nature does bad and not good 85.

Through the Bible you begin to know me, you discover how I act, you learn what I want, you understand what I have done and why; The Bible describes my plan for humanity of all times.
My word is alive 86, I talk to you, I communicate and reveal new things, Through it I change you for the better; The very same biblical passage teaches you new things every time.
In the Bible I wrote that I would come to save you 87; I explained what I have done, what I have prepared for you before, during and after my coming 88.

He who doesn't know, doesn't explore and does not accept my word, is a dead man, lost, lonely, condemned to die forever of a spiritual death.

Without the knowledge of the Bible it is impossible to know the rules of life; It is impossible to live fully. He who does not know my word, not only will spend eternity separated from me, but is like a bush in the desert: the wind uproots it and carries it everywhere it wants 89."
